I have written this utility based on the program dlog.exe, itīs not my 
intention to attribute me the discovery of the format and encrypt method of the 
.lbk files, the only thing that I have made is
to debug that program to see how this was done. the whole merit of this utility 
is for the author of the original program.

Use
Extract the file f4log.exe  to any directory (this program reads the location 
of falcon 4 out of the windows registry)
When it starts it looks for all the files .lbk of the directory config in the 
falcon 4 main folder, and it allows the user to select the logfile to read, it 
is not necessary to leave and enter to the program to read the changes made to 
the file, just press the refresh button, this allows to keep the program in the 
background when playing falcon, and then hit alt+tab and check the results fore 
the las mission.
