Pilot and Squadron images

To add a new pilot or squadron image:

- make the image 96 x 96 pixels

- use pink (FF00FF) as transparent

- save as an uncompressed TGA file 16 bit colour depth

Place squadron images in: c:\falcon4\patches

Place pilot images in: c:\falcon4\pictures
